It can be insanely frustrating dealing with a situation that seems beyond impossible. You may ask yourself, "What is the point?" "Why?" "Are you kidding?!"
I was tackling a daunting challenge that got me so very disheartened, I wanted to give up. But, I did not. I had no choice. I kept at it; a mad scientist determined to find the solution.
Then suddenly, I got an inkling of hope. It physically manifested before my tired eyes. Something I thought I would never witness. Something so simple yet so beautiful. I tried not to cry. "Okay," I told myself, "Now we are getting somewhere."
It is indescribable the feeling I get witnessing a student starting to accomplish a difficult feat after several months of hard work.
Then I had to kick myself for losing faith. I never should have had such doubts.
