FREE Captioned Online Yale University Video Courses

I just learned, thanks to visiting Clark Howard's website, that there are FREE interesting Yale University courses via captioned online videos. It is called Open Yale Courses.

From the website:

Open Yale Courses provides free and open access to a selection of introductory courses taught by distinguished teachers and scholars at Yale University. The aim of the project is to expand access to educational materials for all who wish to learn.
  • All lectures were recorded in the Yale College classroom and are available in video, audio, and text transcript formats
  • Registration is not required
  • No course credit, degree, or certificate is available
Here is how to find the videos. On the Home page click on 'Courses' in the top left side. Choose a subject you are interested in. Let's say you choose Philosophy. Click on 'Philosophy' and a new page should appear with a list of classes covering Philosophy. Choose the class you want to view and when you are on the class' page, go to 'About the Course' and click on 'View Class Sessions'. A list of video lectures should appear. They should all be captioned. In the upper right corner of the video click on 'CC is off' to turn them on. The videos should also include transcripts.
