It features these interesting looking silver earrings and it comes with a ring which acts as the controller. Very interesting!

I like to mix it up with jewelery. Sometimes I like to wear gold and sometimes diamonds (well fake ones). I don't think I would want to wear the same thing everyday. I suppose it could be an option when I go out to a party or some special event. But I am guessing this would be some expensive option.
I like the design and where they are going with this. But, I don't think it will appeal to everyone.
What do you think?

I dunno, seems like it would draw a lot of questions especially in a non formal setting. It's a neat idea though. They look so futuristic!
ReplyDeleteNice! I like them. They look like earrings! There are other interesting new concepts for hearing aids, I published some of them in my blog: http://interpretesdeasl.blogspot.com.
ReplyDeleteI hadn't read about this one. Thanks for sharing!
Very futuristic looking...interesting.
ReplyDeleteThanks very much for assigning real credit to the RLMDEAF, Elizabeth.
ReplyDeleteReal glad that you find this elegant hearing aid design to be truly beautiful. Moi, too.
That are much better than conventional hearing aids design we have.
Hopefully, the future of removable hearing aids will be more appealing than invasive and non-removable cochelar implant device at whim.
Thanks again, Elzabeth. You have my uttermost respect. :)

No problem RLM! I would hope that others would do the same. Thanks for including the link to the website.
ReplyDeleteI am sure there will be some innovative designs for cochlear implant devices as well. I can't wait to see what the future holds.

Hearing Rejuvenation Product
That picture is so fake. You could at least get a real girl with a real ear and the real product IN IT.
ReplyDeleteThat is a real picture of the real design. But yes, it has been digitally positioned within another model’s ear. If you would like to see further photographs please don’t hesitate to contact me. Thanks.
DeleteThanks for the feedback (e, I really appreciate it. I apologise for the late response, I was only recently made aware of your posting. To answer your first question about the applicability of the product, it replaces existing Behind the Ear, In the Ear and In the Canal hearing aids. Those devices are not suitable for all types of hearing loss, but they have a significant market.
ReplyDeleteI’m sorry I can’t give you more information on the cost of the design, as only initial proto-types were made and final tooling and manufacture costs were not completely explored. In response to the last issue you raised, the device can be transformed to suit a variety of occasions. The middle insert of the hearing aid can be easily removed and replace with a piece coated in a variety of precious stones, including mother of pearl or diamonds. Additionally, the device can be cast in most jewellery-worn metals, such as gold or platinum.
Unfortunately the design has not seen production yet but if there are any further questions or queries my contact is ryan.kirkpatrick@mail.com. Thanks again (e for your feedback.
